Using Message Logs to View Message Status

Message Logs show a chronological order of messages that went out and the status of the message

To view message logs, go to Message Reports > Message Log

A familiar search parameter screen will appear, allowing you to search by date range, clinic, message status, message type, doctor, appt type and individual patients

Note: The date search is by message delivery time, not by appointment time seen in Facility Reports

After selecting search parameters, a list of patients who received messages will appear

Scroll to the bottom to view the report, hover over the pie chart to view message status specifics

Below the message status statistics will show a detailed breakdown by message type, providing insight into the most common forms of delivery
